The company Technokomplex informs that recently the low-temperature pyrolysis units Pirotex were shipped to the next cities: Yaroslavl, Kaliningrad and Kazan.

At the moment four sets of the equipment Pirotex are being prepared for shipment to Switzerland.

As the equipment manufactured by the company Zhelezno has already gained good reputation among our partners due to stable operation, there is no need to hold Open Days for monthly demonstration of the equipment anymore.

Today the manufacturing plant - the company Zhelezno has orders for production of the units Pirotex for the next several months. Even the demonstration set of equipment is sold to the company from the Moscow Region – one of the former clients of the company Technokomplex.

Strategic decision is made to use a site in one of European countries as a new production area. The fabrication of equipment for foreign partners has been already started at this site.

In Rostov-on-Don the units Pirotex will be produced in small quantities for Russia as before, but the main line of the company is expansion of the range of products by manufacturing of new equipment for production of bio-fuel of the second generation. This decision is a result of long-term market researches and exchange of experience with foreign partners as well as a result of our own engineering solutions that pointed out the necessity to turn to a new market niche.

In spite of severe frosts the companies Technocomplex and Zhelezno had visitors again, this time from Italy.

Italian specialists were interested in pyrolysis technology implementation for recycling of principally new feedstock. After visiting of the manufacturing plant and seeing the equipment in operation they had a conversation with the equipment designers. The guests received standard set of documents and collected samples of derived products for further analysis and tests. Negotiations are being held based on the results of the visit.

Delegation from the USA came to participate in the Open Day on February 2, 2012. The specialists were interested in the unit Pirotex designed for utilization and recycling of rubber- and polymer-containing waste, oil sludge and waste oils, as well as in the processing line for conversion of carbon into salable fractions.

The guests visited company's Zhelezno plant for manufacturing of the equipment, learned about the manufacturing technology and operation of the unit Pirotex, talked directly to the designers. At the moment negotiations are being conducted.

Since 2007 and up to the moment the 7th generation of the unit Pirotex has already been manufactured thanks to our partners who bought and operate the unit Pirotex designed for recycling and utilization of rubber- and polymer-containing waste, oil sludge and waste oils.

Experience and wishes of our partners, findings and solutions that were impossible to foresee and take into consideration in design documentation were taken into account in the new version. For example, use of non-bolt joints for the crucible's cover makes the operating process easier, more convenient and less labor-intensive.

Connection of the pyrolysis crucible with the line of chemical synthesis is modified, now there are no bolted joints and packing-pieces. Also an innovative material is used instead of bulky and costly lining of the furnace inner part with fire bricks, which allows to reduce the weight of heat insulation from 6 tons to 248 kg, increase heat-protection by 35 % and reduce fuel consumption for the first start.

Technical solutions were applied to use heat from the pyrolysis furnace coating for technological needs of the enterprise that operates the equipment: hot water / hot air according to the customer's request.

This list of modifications applied in the process of serial manufacturing of Pirotex is far from complete.
